The ICE ES Series is an excavator mounted
hydraulically powered vibratory driver/extractor.
This versatile hammer is
designed to be easily maneuverable. The ES Series utilises the excavator's
hydraulic system thus eliminating the need for a power pack.

The excavator's operator is able to control the
vibratory hammer therefore one-man operation is possible. It widens the options
for the contractor's excavator. As with any other ICE product, the ICE ES Series
is designed to work in the most demanding environment. These features enable the
ICE ES Series to achieve maximum production, low operating and maintenance cost.
The ICE ES Series operates with high frequency
resulting in high rate of production for driving and extracting sheet piles,
steel H-piles and I-piles, pip piles and more. It is easy to operate and highly
maneuverable allowing the user to place sheet piles more accurately. The
suppression head reduces at least 90% of the vibrator hammer vibration from
being transmitted to the boom assembly. ICE ES Series can be quickly mounted on
and dismounted from the excavator as flexibility was also considered as an
important part of its design.
On the whole, the ICE ES Series vibratory
hammers are reliable, easy to operate, flexible in applications thus maximises
production and therefore reduces overall costs of construction.
